The JB Sharp Memorial Regatta Series Committee is delighted to be able to confirm that (pending any further updates from NSW Health) the series looks set to be able to commence this Sunday, with our first regatta at Glebe Rowing Club.
We invite all clubs to our first regatta of 2020, on 26 July, at Blackwattle Bay. Below is a map of the staging area – please be particularly mindful of the need for physical distancing when getting on and off the pontoon, so please add in more time to get on the water for your race, as less crews will be permitted to simultaneously use the pontoon. Please note that you will need to use Rowing Manager to enter all events, not just the single sculls as in previous years. This is an important change due to the need to keep records of all competitors due to COVID-19.
Entries will remain open until 3.00pm on the Friday before each regatta – but please make sure you get your entries in early, to ensure that we can best prepare for each event!
